Lynne Caldwell is a fiber artist living in Asheville, North Carolina, with her husband and two young children. She received her B.A. in English from the University of the South and her M.F.A. in Fibers from the Savannah College of Art and Design.  Lynne has taught workshops at The Textile Museum and the Smithsonian Institution as well as Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts.

She taught at North Carolina State University’s College of Design and is currently teaching in the Arts and Ideas Program at the University of North Carolina Asheville.
